This was a relaxed and fun experience for my son and was put over to him in a way he could understand. He happy took part in all that was asked of him and I was unsure if he would! After he was still relaxed and was happily talking about it on our way home! Thank you so much Susan 😊

Was brilliant! Really opened my eyes on how my brain works. Susan does exercises in a way that's fun, which I enjoyed, I was blown away with some of the things we done. In just 1.5hrs I felt a difference in how I felt in myself, I feel more positive that I can change how I feel and that I can be happy. Would definitely recommend.

I went to Susan today to help with anxiety and emotions liked to past experiences. From walking through the door Susan is so friendly and puts you at ease. While there she taught me different techniques to use when feeling anxious. She also changed my anxious thoughts of past experience into positive thoughts. It's the first time in years where I have felt totally calm and didn't have a million thoughts running through my head. I feel really positive going forward that anxiety won't rule my life anymore and have learnt many techniques and ways to deal with it if it starts to creep back in. Susan has also provided me with additional material to listen to to help and I can get back in touch with her anytime. Cannot recommend Susan enough and I'm so glad I made an appointment to see her.

Susan Watson is  Senior Supervisor Therapist, Trainer, Speaker and more recently an Author, dedicated to supporting others to recovery from anxiety based conditions.  
Susan herself lived with an anxiety disorder for close to 40 years and learning she took from this she has introduced in to her  work.   She is an Anxiety UK Approve Therapist, Accredited and an CNHC Local champion.  
Susan has written articles on anxiety to support others with self help methods. 
Trained in many therapies which include Hypnotherapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Stress Management, Eye Movement, Energy Psychology and many more.
Appointments take around 1.5 hours, a mix of approaches are used to suit your needs and a selection of take home tools are included in the cost of each session.
In many cases a single session is all that is required.
