- Highland HWhat a wonderful experience! I was looking for ways to aid me reduce the stress in my life at the moment, and reading up on Susan's approach, thought it was rather different to many. Worth a try? From my perspective it really is. I was taught how to help myself. No need for months of therapy in this case. The tools to gain control are explained very clearly, and are actually simple to use. I have been doing so increasingly, and feeling the benefits. There are many ways to help with stress. I suspect some work better than others for each individual. This approach has helped me significantly.
